Mobility is not just improving the range of motion of your joints but increasing strength within that range of motion. With that being said, there will be movements in this guide that will require a bit of resistance, whether that's with a band or light DBs. Mobility does not equal flexibility; mobility is more about having strong and capable joints. This is a guide that is designed to help you build out your mobility workout.

The sessions can be as long or as short as you want, but we recommend choosing 1-2 movements per category for 1-3 sets per movement.
