Karen Zimmermann Bootcamp (1 Hour)
Heart pumping, sweat dripping, interval class with focuses on total body conditioning. It is designed to improve muscular strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance. This class is for all fitness levels with modifications for all exercises.

Yoga with Tarrah (1 Hour)
Tarrah (RYT 300) believes yoga is beneficial for all ages, shapes, and body sizes. Just breathe, be present, and flow to the best of your ability. Namaste!
